“Africa, Investing in the Excluded: Grassroots Enterprise, Gender and Community Driven Development”
Jerri Dell is the Program Director of the World Bank Institute and runs programs on Grassroots Management Training for women in Africa and Asia and on Strategic Planning for Indigenous Communities in Latin America. She also leads a team developing a curriculum on the Artisan as Entrepreneur, both from the World Bank staff and government officials, to illuminate why investing in craftspeople and helping them make a living with their art as a wise investment.
