The internship application includes the following materials, submitted to the HRP office in a folder:
1. a brief statement of purpose (between 1-3 pages)
2. a completed internship application form
3. a budget proposal (living and transportation expenses if applicable)
4. a transcript or list of courses taken to date
The application submission deadline is FRIDAY, MAY 6, 2016.
At the end of the summer, students are required to submit a written report (approximately 3 pages in length) on their experiences. See the archive of reports.
NOTE: The Human Rights Project favors first-time grant applicants, and will usually not award funding to a student who has previously been awarded an HRP summer internship grant.
